Our commitment is to promptly dispatch all ordered products, typically within 48 hours of successfully placing and accepting your order.


Delivery Charges

  • For domestic orders up to ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

  • For domestic orders ₹1,000 and above, we are delighted to offer free delivery across India.

Additional Charges

Rest assured, there are no hidden or extra charges. The total payable amount is always transparently indicated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your specific location and the services provided by our trusted logistics partners. Nevertheless, we strive to deliver orders within 4 to 7 business days.

Note: Pre-order products typically require a dispatch time of 20–45 days. Any exceptions will be explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Delivery Partners

  • Our preferred delivery partners are India Post and DTDC, both known for their reliable services.

  • In rare cases, delivery partners may not provide door delivery services. Should this occur, we offer you the option to select a preferred delivery partner if informed before dispatch.

  • While such occurrences are exceedingly rare, we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we continue working to enhance door delivery services.

Rare Delivery Issues

In exceptional cases where there is a delivery or shipping issue, we will promptly raise a request with the logistics partner and work closely with them to ensure a satisfactory resolution.


International Shipping Policy

 

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and available courier partners for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

International delivery timelines typically range from 10 to 21 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations in the destination country.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other local charges imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer. Aham Fabric and Garments Pvt. Ltd. has no control over these charges and will not be liable for delays or costs arising from customs procedures.

International orders are non-cancellable once dispatched. Returns or exchanges for international orders are not accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In the rare event of a shipping issue, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to assist in resolution; however, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control.
